Quite a few of the worlds best surfers were on it for the dawny at Winki for this session. The sun had barely penetrated the horizon and there was a tight pack already circling the take-off zone.
It would have been hard for regular surfers to snag a wave from this group, but there were still a few punters giving it a go.
