In this tutorial, we analyze how intermediate surfers can refine their take-off technique in order to land on their feet with the optimal body position to surf down the line.

At 3:35 in this video, there is a hand placement position demonstration. This particular demonstration is incorrect, as it shows the hand placement changing based on the direction you are going. To confirm; your hand placement remains the same on the surfboard, regardless if you are going left or right.
