What ‘No Swell’ In Bali Looks Like – The Bukit, 15 December 2020

Half way through December and deep into the off-season, the waves have followed the script with hardly any swell to speak of. That’s not to say it has been completely flat – that almost never happens here in Bali.

There’s always a wave breaking somewhere, it’s just a matter of finding a break with a good tide and wind combination. With not a lot of swell on offer this spot on the Bukit was one of the better options on the 15th of December.

Nothing to write home about, but not bad for a ‘no swell’ kind of day.
