A glassy little swell rolled into Keramas a couple of days ago and a thick crowd of surfers was in the water waiting for it.
The incoming tide helped with the size and consistency, but an onshore wind slowly made its move with the rising tide, so the smooth conditions only lasted about an hour or so.
