Bali’s Wet Season: What Can Surfers Expect? (Above Average Example)

Bali’s wet season really is a lucky dip when it comes to wave quality. We had a pretty bad run of surf in November with hardly any swell, but things have improved for the start December with a bit more size and variable winds.

This session at one of Bali’s more exposed breaks had a few head high sets and a pretty decent wind direction. It was the back end of the last swell, so there would have been waves at other places as well – but this is what you can expect to get on a better than average day during the wet season here in Bali.
