Bali Surf Journal – May 2022

The month of May was quite the mixed bag of waves and conditions here in Bali.

We had plenty of small to medium sized swells with light and variable winds, making for clean mornings at Keramas and Canggu. And the SE trade winds showed up for some afternoon sessions at Uluwatu, conveniently coinciding with a bit of swell as well.

Speaking of which, we had the biggest swell of the year so far, towards the end of the month. It wasn’t huge and hopefully we’ll see bigger waves in June, but it was good to see the Indian ocean kick into gear.
