Bali Surf Journal – February 2020

There was plenty to smile about in February; sunny skies, light winds and clean, small to medium waves for most of the month with a larger bonus swell in the middle of the month.

The wet season threatened with rain and West winds, but never strung together more than a couple of days in a row. As a result there were a lot of clean mornings on Bali’s West coast and Uluwatu produced some of the best waves of the year on the 14th.

There’s no significant swells in the forecast, but the winds are also predicted to be fairly light, so it looks like more of the same as we head into March.
